Most of the homes here come with a utility room and two entrances. Once you step across the threshold there are no internal steps inside the home, although some units have an external staircase; those with external stairs do not have a garden, whereas every ground-floor unit does. Tenants are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own gardens. Throughout the houses there are fine beech-parquet floors and the bedrooms contain fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms are fitted with underfloor heating beneath the floor tiles and the shower areas have white tiles; in one unit there is a sliding door to the bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a freestanding stove and an extractor hood. All homes, except for a few, include a practical utility room with space for a washing column, rubber boots and school bags. Except for one unit, there is an additional entrance to the house via the utility room. The even-numbered houses were built in 1992 and are constructed in red brick with an eternit roof. The odd-numbered houses date from 1996 and have red brick on the upper half of the facade and yellow brick on the lower half. A few buildings have two storeys. You may have a dog or a cat if you apply for permission, but pets must be walked on a leash outside the communal areas.
