Campus Køge is a housing development offering both two-room and one-room units. The two-room apartments are designed so they can function as a large, light-filled kitchen/living area, or an additional partition wall can be installed to create a smaller kitchen with a dining area and two genuine bedrooms. These two-room units are fitted with a French balcony and include a window featuring a seating niche. The one-room apartments also have French balconies.

The scheme comprises 72 almene youth dwellings from spring 2020 and is managed by udlejer Køge. Campus Køge contains 32 two-room apartments and 40 one-room apartments; four of the one-room units are designated as accessibility apartments. The apartments range in size from 37 - 50 m2. The building varies in height between two and four storeys and features planting that climbs up the façade. At ground level there is a common house with laundry facilities; this common house has a direct connection to the remainder of the campus area and to a larger outdoor space with shared facilities. The main pathway for cyclists and pedestrians between the campus and Køge town passes through the building at the location of the common house.

Along the motorway and the railway the access galleries to the apartments are screened with expanded metal. This screening, which accommodates the continuous pedestrian and cycle connection, is executed with variation in the size of the openings, providing relief to an otherwise strict façade facing the motorway and the railway.
