Looking for a tenant for a 14kvm room on Frederiksberg. Rent is 5600/md, incl. water/electricity/heating and internet. NOTE: old photos - at the moment the room only contains a large wardrobe; the bed and the wooden shelves have been removed. On foot it is ca. ~10 minutes to the S-train (Fuglebakken) and the Metro (Aksel Møllers Have). Alternatively, bus 2A stops closest to the main door and can, among other routes, be taken to Fasanvej St. It is also a 6-minute bike ride to CBS, and all grocery stores are within a 5 minutes' walking distance.

I would prefer someone who is a university student or in work, aged between 23-30, chatty but who also respects a closed door (as I am myself :)). In the basement there is free use of the cooperative association's shared washing machines and tumble dryers. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard. Write if you are interested or have questions.
