Solviften consists of a total of 80 Swan‑labelled apartments distributed across six point blocks designed by Tranberg Arkitekter. Each point block contains three different housing types, and every housing type offers a bright, spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The apartments are fitted with underfloor heating, providing extra comfort and a pleasant indoor climate. Units of the same type may show minor differences in BBR areas and in window placements, and floor plans can be mirrored depending on the apartment's location within the development.

Every apartment includes a private outdoor space in the form of a balcony. The balconies are enclosed so they can be used like a conservatory with room for a café table to follow the seasons outdoors; on warm days the glass panels can be slid aside to create an open area. Parking spaces are provided on a parking area close to the residences, and there is bicycle parking as well. Additional parking spaces are available so there is good room for guests.

Solviften also offers a practical storage shed located together with the parking area for items not used in everyday life. Each point block has an elevator and mailboxes mounted in the entrance area.
