The student apartments are situated on Kastanievænget, Huginsvej and Gefionsvej. In 2017/2018 every unit received new kitchen and bathroom fittings as well as new floor coverings, and each address features its own communal room.

The homes on Huginsvej are fitted with a dedicated solar panel installation whose production contributes to covering the individual flats' electricity use. Every apartment is linked to its own fiber system offering internet access at a highly favorable price, and the properties are also connected to an external fiber line so tenants can make direct arrangements for TV, internet, etc. with various providers. External window cleaning of all apartments is performed 4 times a year. The housing association also manages 3 guest rooms and a banquet hall elsewhere in Skive city, which all residents may rent.
