Klosterbo - family homes in Ågade consist of dwellings built in yellow soft-fired bricks with roofs clad in black cement tiles, and every window is of wood‑aluminium construction. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms feature wooden floors, while the bathroom and the technical room have tiled floors. Installations are prepared for a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer; tenants must themselves supply a refrigerator. Each residence has access to its own south-facing terrace. In total there are 10 homes in Klosterbo: 8 three-room units and 2 four-room units. Every home includes its own carport with space for one car, the carports being finished with black-painted wooden cladding, and there are a further 20 parking spaces in the area available for general use.

The area offers family-oriented rental housing with ample room for everyday life, suitable for both small and large families, set in calm surroundings with a strong local community and convenient access to school, shopping and leisure facilities. There are also many opportunities for outdoor activities close to both the fjord and the North Sea (Vesterhav).
