MNV Bolig completed construction in 2025 of 17 social housing units in Jyderup, of which 10 are designated as elderly dwellings. The homes are single‑storey terraced houses. The 17 units are arranged around a large open-plan living area that combines lounge and kitchen, and each home faces its own private green outdoor spaces. Every dwelling has direct access to a front yard and a smaller paved backyard, and each residence is provided with an external storage room outside the tenancy. Kitchens are bright with grey fronts and come with fully integrated appliances except for the refrigerator. Large window sections bring ample daylight into the homes. Bathrooms are prepared to accommodate a stacked washer/dryer (vaskesøjle). All apartments include an entrance/utility room, a bathroom with space for a washer/dryer, a bedroom and one to two additional rooms, except the two-room units which have only one bedroom and no extra rooms. The 2- and 3-room elderly dwellings range between 64-88 m². There are parking options close to the homes, including the possibility to charge vehicles using OK charging stations.

The department has been planned with emphasis on community and proximity to nature. Planting consists of native Danish species, including fruit trees and a few flowering trees that benefit residents and local wildlife. The principal communal landscape is characterised by orchards and depressions sown with wildflower meadow, creating a green recreational area for residents. The green wedges between the housing rows contain seating areas with groups of trees where neighbours can meet outdoors. A playground has also been established within the development.

The estate is located on Aggersvoldvej in northern Jyderup, close to Stokkebjerg Skov, providing easy access to scenic natural areas. The neighbourhood comprises approximately 95 households, including detached houses with large gardens and single‑storey terraced houses with terraces. The area focuses on fostering a safe, social community with opportunities to meet, take part in joint activities and build relationships. Stokkebjerg Skov and the surrounding green spaces offer outdoor opportunities such as walking and cycling. The storage rooms are collected in sheds for each housing block to preserve the large communal green landscape and to support informal encounters among residents. The large green communal landscape is the area's primary outdoor space and serves as an attraction for the entire neighbourhood: here residents can play ball, make bonfires and engage in many other social activities while having nature close to their homes.
