Looking for a new roomie :)

I am seeking a flatmate for an apartment in Østebro. The available private bedroom is 16m2 and comes fully furnished, with move-in possible from July 3rd. The dwelling itself is a 52m2 two-room flat situated on the 2nd floor and includes use of a pleasant communal courtyard, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, an attic, and a bike garage. There is also access to a washing machine and dryer in the building's basement. Rent is 7350 dkk/month (gas, electricity and internet are not included). The deposit is 15000 DKK, plus one month's prepaid rent= 22350 dKK total to move in. CPR registration is possible.

The apartment is on Marstalsgade, a pleasant street in Østebro, just 100m from Nordhavn S-train station (lines A,B,Bx,C,E,H) and 200m from the metro, with Nordhavn beach only 300m away. The lakes are 5minutes by bike and the city centre is 10 minutes away by bike. You will share the flat with me; I am a Spanish civil engineer in my 30s who doesn't smoke and enjoys cooking, working out and dancing. I am looking for a roommate who doesn't smoke, doesn't have pets and can commit to staying a minimum 1 year.
