Large, light, fully-furnished room close to NV/Frb

This is Ask (/Elijah). I am looking for a female tenant to move in as soon as possible - preferably for a longer stay. I offer a large, bright, fully-furnished room (16 m²) in a newly renovated flat with all facilities available. The apartment is quiet - for example, there are no neighbors above or directly next door - it receives plenty of light and sits close to many green areas. Some of the lighter furniture can be removed if you would rather not have it. The kitchen is suitable for several people and includes a dishwasher; there is also a dining table, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a very fast internet connection (1/1 Gbit).

The room is fully sound-insulated towards the adjoining room, which is occupied by my other female tenant (on her 10th month here and not going anywhere soon). The dining room can be used for guests by agreement. I appreciate a bit of friendly everyday contact at home but equally respect when you want more privacy or less interaction. Overnight guests are allowed in moderation. You will be cleaning the common space when it's your turn.
