The department comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy homes situated close to nature in the Naturbydelen in Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten forms the 1st phase out of 80 homes.

Our new build at Fjordudsigten unfortunately does not meet the promised level of sound insulation between dwellings; impact noise from the flat above is not being adequately damped. Together with our advisers and the contractor we are investigating how to achieve sufficient sound reduction. Whether the appropriate remedy is applied in the floor or the ceiling, it will likely be necessary to temporarily rehouse the residents of each apartment for some days. You will be informed well in advance before any rehousing takes place, and we will discuss with you how it will be carried out.
