I am seeking a female housemate to rent a room starting from July. The property is situated in the heart of Amager, offering convenient access to the metro and shopping facilities, all within a peaceful neighborhood. Adjacent to the building, there is a park, and the beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Traveling to Copenhagen city center takes approximately 30 minutes, while Malmö, Sweden, is only an hour away by transport.

The apartment consists of two rooms, with the available bedroom measuring 12 square meters. Tenants have shared use of the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. I will be living in the apartment as well; I am 42 years old and have experience living in shared accommodations over the past four years.
