Starting from September 1, 2026, a furnished bedroom within a shared apartment in Copenhagen SV will be available for rent. Positioned near the waterfront, the apartment is bright and features a contemporary design.

In addition to the private room, tenants will have access to shared amenities such as a large kitchen, living area, bathroom, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, and fast internet connection. The apartment is currently only shared with me, ensuring a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

The room comes equipped with a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Monthly rent is set at 7,000 DKK, with a deposit requirement of 21,000 DKK. All utilities-including electricity, heating, water, and internet-are included in the rent. The rental arrangement is flexible within a timeframe of four to eleven months, with the availability date being September 1, 2026, although minor adjustments to this date can be considered.

The ideal tenant is a responsible and thoughtful individual, someone who appreciates a tidy and peaceful living environment. This space is well suited for either a working professional or a student seeking a supportive setting to focus on work, studies, or day-to-day life in Copenhagen.
