Room available in Nørrebro, located 150 m from Skjolds Plads metro. The flat is 58 m² and we share a københavnerbad and the kitchen (including dishwasher and washer/dryer). The room itself measures 11 m², benefits from high ceilings, plenty of light and has direct access to a southwest-facing balcony. The tenancy is initially available from July until the end of the year, with a possible extension. I am fairly flexible about exact move-in dates and the length of stay, so if you are between homes, looking for something temporary or commuting, I'm open to discussing arrangements.

Rent is 6.400 kr. om måneden inkl. aconto og el (I am in the process of finalising this, but may be a little flexible). Deposit corresponds to one month's rent. CPR registration is possible. My name is Louise, I'm 29 years old and I work full time. In my spare time I'm creative and very social, though I keep the home as a calm place to recharge.
