Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous renovation efforts. These improvements included the installation of new windows, enhanced insulation, and the creation of a new entrance area in the stairwell. If a bathroom replacement had not already occurred, a new bathroom was added during this refurbishment. Additionally, the apartment features a relatively new kitchen and recently installed flooring. Residents are permitted to keep one registered indoor cat.
