A bright, unfurnished room measuring 10 m² is available for rent within our residence in Brønshøj, ready for occupancy beginning mid-October.

This room features large windows that allow abundant natural light to enter and offer pleasant views of surrounding greenery. The rental term requires a minimum stay of six months, with the possibility of extending indefinitely if there is a good fit. Registration with the Danish CPR system is permitted.

Included in the rent are electricity, water and heating costs, high-speed internet access, and all other typical utility expenses.

Situated in a peaceful, verdant area of Brønshøj, the house benefits from convenient transportation options. Cycling to Copenhagen's Inner City takes about half an hour, bus route 5C is a five-minute ride away, and Husum Station lies within a 12-minute walking distance, facilitating easy travel by public transit.

We are Tobias, aged 35, and Svenja, 33, a Danish-German couple who have recently acquired this three-story home. Our private quarters occupy the top floor, providing ample room for all residents.

The interior includes numerous green plants reflecting Svenja's fondness for gardening, while Tobias spends his leisure time working out and crafting furniture. We both enjoy good cuisine-pizza being a favorite-and sampling wines from Italy and Germany. Occasionally, we prepare meals or share a glass of wine together, though everyone's need for privacy and quiet is respected at all times.

In the near future, we will be welcoming a small dog to the household; consequently, it is essential that tenants feel comfortable around dogs or are at least accepting of living alongside one. There is no obligation attached to the presence of the dog in terms of the rental agreement.

We seek a tenant who is responsible, considerate, and appreciates a calm and congenial living environment.
