We are Svenja and Tobias, a German-Danish couple aged 33 and 34, looking to establish a practical shared living arrangement within biking distance of Søborg's center. The home will feature a cozy garden, robot cleaning devices, and a car intended for use on gloomy, rainy days. If this sounds appealing, here's a detailed overview of our plan.

Our intention is to purchase a house in Søborg, ideally situated away from motorway noise and close to green walking areas. The property includes a pleasant garden and is located about a 30-minute bike ride from downtown Copenhagen. We envision a communal household of 5 to 6 people, preferably around 30 years old, who are kind and sociable. The idea is to create a space where residents can relax, save money, study, or pursue other interests. It's important that you're comfortable sharing your home with others, don't mind occasional socializing, and enjoy activities like communal meals, workouts, or gardening. A key requirement is that you must be fond of dogs-since we plan to get a calm, friendly canine companion upon moving in. If you already have a sociable dog, that would be great, too.

Regarding living arrangements, we plan to occupy the first floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom, while we are searching for roommates to fill two rooms on the ground floor measuring 12 and 13 square meters. Whether one or two people rent these rooms is flexible; what matters most is compatibility. The ground floor's shared spaces will include a large kitchen with dining space for everyone, a spacious living room, one bathroom, and a separate toilet to avoid overcrowding. The bathroom will be exclusively shared among the ground floor tenants. Additional communal facilities include the basement, which offers laundry, storage, and possibly a small workout or creative room-decisions about which will be made collectively.

The outdoor areas are a real highlight, featuring a garden and terrace ideal for cozy barbecues. There is also a generously sized greenhouse in the garden, perfect for anyone passionate about plants, much like Svenja. A tool shed is available as well since Tobias enjoys woodworking and making handmade furniture, providing additional possibilities for engaging hobbies. Entertainment amenities include a television and speakers for the kitchen and living room, alongside a mild enthusiasm for pasta and wines from Italy and Germany, likely setting the scene for pleasant evenings together.

Transportation-wise, we own a car intended to be shared; the main expenses will be covered by us. The vehicle will mainly be used for trips into the city on rainy days. To simplify daily chores, we plan to use a robot vacuum, robotic mop, and robotic lawnmower, aiming to minimize everyday frustrations as much as possible.

Monthly rent per room is set at 7,500 DKK, with couples paying 12,500 DKK. The rooms are offered unfurnished, and all utility costs-including insurance and internet-are included in the price.
