Private 28 m² room on Amagerfælledvej in Copenhagen S — rent 7,500 DKK per month. The unit is offered as student accommodation and includes a small private kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. Tenancies start with a minimum stay of three months; thereafter a three-month notice period applies. New tenants may apply for housing benefit.
