The residential complex is situated in the western area of the city, close to the ring road.

Within the premises, residents have access to a multifunctional sports court and playgrounds designed for children. The estate comprises 12 apartment blocks, each three stories high, originally built in 1970. Since then, the buildings have undergone renovations including new kitchens, roofing, and facades. In the period 2016 to 2017, all apartments were upgraded with new bathrooms equipped with individual washing machines and tumble dryers.
