I am currently looking for a new roommate as my current one will be moving to Herning for studies after the summer break. Therefore, I need someone to move into our lovely apartment.

The apartment itself is 110 square meters with three rooms, located on the second floor. It enjoys a very convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and Via, only half a minute's stroll from the pedestrian street, and merely three minutes away from the nearest grocery store. Among its features are a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a shared rooftop terrace with the next-door neighbors, with whom we have a friendly relationship. Overall, the apartment is very well maintained and beautiful. It is rented through a professional rental agency, ensuring everything is well managed. The earliest move-in date is by October 1st, although an earlier takeover is preferable.

Regarding the financial details, the rent is 4,300 DKK per month, inclusive of water and heating. The deposit amounts to 5,000 DKK. While this may be higher than the cost of a typical one-room student apartment, the extra space and quality justify the price, as well as the opportunity to share with a friendly roommate.

A bit about me: my name is Julie, and I work full time as a server at Dollys in Horsens. I am outgoing and sociable, always keen to stay active and engaged. However, I also appreciate a relaxed Sunday spent on the sofa or watching a good movie. I am down-to-earth and value open communication, which I believe makes living together much easier. Therefore, I don't have many demands beyond basic common sense.

I do imagine that you might enjoy having a beer now and then or occasionally inviting friends over. Respect and communication are two key principles that I consider essential for living well together as roommates.
