Kristian and I are looking for a new roommate to join us at our apartment on Østerbro, as our current roommate is moving in with their partner. The flat is situated just steps away from Sankt Jakobs Plads, and it's conveniently close to Fælledparken.

The apartment spans 193 square meters and features three spacious shared living rooms, one of which we use partly as an open office space. There is also a guest bedroom that occasionally accommodates visiting family and friends. Your private room is 13 square meters in size.

We are hoping to find someone in their late twenties to early thirties who is interested in living in a place where we all contribute to the social atmosphere, but without any expectations of constant togetherness or co-dependence.

The rent is 8,000 DKK per month, with a deposit equal to three months' rent. Upon moving in, you will need to pay the deposit, three months' rent upfront, and the first month's rent. The earliest move-in date is September 1st.

A bit about us: Andrea is 29 years old, of Italian origin, and passionate about painting. She is currently seeking a job in marketing. Kristian is 28, Danish, and relocated to Copenhagen last year to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. He spends a lot of his free time exercising, running, and enjoying wine.

Please note that the apartment will be refurbished and cleaned before your arrival, so you will have considerable input regarding the decoration and arrangement of the living rooms.
