The complex comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to nature within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. The first phase of Fjordudsigten includes 80 homes in total.

Unfortunately, the newly constructed units at Fjordudsigten have not met the expected standards regarding sound insulation between apartments. Impact noise from the apartment above is insufficiently reduced.

In collaboration with consultants and the contractor, efforts are underway to identify how adequate soundproofing can be achieved.

Whether the solution involves modifications to the floor or ceiling, it will likely require temporarily relocating residents from each affected unit for a few days.

You will receive ample notice before any such arrangements take place, and we will engage in discussions with you about how the process can be managed.
