Dagmar Kollegiet offers student housing for individuals under the age of 28 who are currently pursuing their education. The purpose of this residence is to provide a supportive living environment for young people from Ribe and its surrounding areas, enabling them to engage in their studies while enjoying a safe and community-oriented atmosphere.

Within the complex, there are a total of 30 apartments designed specifically for students or young residents. Among these, 26 are single-room units, and the remaining four are two-room apartments. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette featuring a sink, refrigerator, and two stove burners.

Located on Hegelundsvej in the Tange district, the property benefits from a central position in the city of Ribe. Ribe itself is known for its charming historical character, along with a pleasant assortment of shops and cafés. The housing is conveniently positioned near the former seminary, public transportation options, retail stores, and well-maintained sports facilities.

It is important to note that the images shown may not depict the exact apartment available but serve as representative examples from the dormitory.

Regarding upkeep, a building caretaker is responsible for maintaining the green spaces as well as cleaning common areas such as walkways and staircases. Minor repairs within the apartments are also handled by this caretaker. Upon moving in, each unit is freshly painted. Additionally, an on-site inspector oversees the ongoing maintenance of the entire property.
