For one-room youth apartments, applicants must be enrolled in an educational program to be eligible. The tenancy period is limited to three months following the completion date of the education.

The Kirkevej complex comprises a small section of five family homes within a building that underwent renovation in 1998. These residences feature relatively new wooden floors and are heated using natural gas. Although there is no laundry facility on-site, each bathroom is equipped with plumbing ready for a washing machine installation. Residents share access to a communal courtyard and broadband internet. The section is supported by an on-site caretaker and a property inspector. Kirkevej is centrally located in Brenderup, close to shopping options and public transportation. A beach is situated approximately 5 kilometers from the homes.

Knorreløkken, constructed in phases during 1981, 1986, and 1990, consists of low-density housing. Within this area, there are 12 carports, and four units serve as club rooms. The apartments are outfitted with parquet flooring and freestanding double wardrobes. The kitchens come with attractive light beech HTH cabinets and light vinyl floors. The Krohaven subdivision contains 28 family homes and 4 youth apartments. Located in Brenderup, this neighborhood enjoys proximity to beautiful nature, shopping facilities, and public transit. The housing consists of single-story terraced houses, each with a private garden.

On Bryggervej, the section includes 10 family homes, all built as single-level terraced houses with small gardens and shared green spaces. These dwellings were constructed in 1992 and are centrally situated within Brenderup.

The resident population is diverse, though Knorreløkken is predominantly home to older inhabitants. Each year, all residents gather at a general meeting to determine operational matters, including rent adjustments and maintenance issues.

Occupants have complete freedom to furnish and arrange their homes as they prefer. Should they enhance the property, a reimbursement of up to 100,000 DKK can be claimed upon moving out.
