This residence is a three-room apartment featuring a private bathroom attached to the available room. Additional amenities include a balcony and exclusive access to a private rooftop area.

The monthly rent amounts to 7,659 DKK, which covers water and heating expenses, while electricity costs must be paid separately on a monthly basis. A deposit of 21,627 DKK is required. The room is offered unfurnished and allows for CPR registration.

Current tenants Mario, aged 29, and Juliette, aged 26, will share the living space. Mario is employed at a pharmaceutical company and enjoys activities such as volleyball, running, dancing, and socializing with friends. Juliette works for a food company and likes dancing, Pilates, pottery, and spending time with friends. The household occasionally shares meals and social activities but also values personal space and individual routines.
