Recently, I have moved into a spacious and cozy three-room apartment and currently have one vacant bedroom available for rent. Please note that the room is exclusively offered to a female roommate applicant. I consider myself an open, social, and positive individual, though I also value having personal time and space, which I believe is important for us to agree on as future roommates. My full-time occupation is as a pedagogue in social psychiatry. My interests include yoga, dance, health and fitness, outdoor activities, sports, traveling, adventure, music, concerts, culture, events, and social initiatives. I also enjoy watching films and series. The apartment is situated in Brøndby Strand, within the Ulsøparken area, a pleasant neighborhood just a five-minute bike ride from a large, beautiful beach, natural surroundings, and extensive walking paths.

Cycling to the nearest S-train station takes approximately five minutes, and from there it is a 17-minute ride to Copenhagen Central Station. Occasionally, I care for a small, friendly dog that visits me (photo available). The room offered includes a large 140 cm wide bed, two IKEA dressers for clothes and belongings, as well as a clothes rack. The rent is 5000 DKK per month and covers heating, hot water, electricity, and tenant insurance. Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. The notice period for termination of the rental agreement is one month. As a tenant, you will be able to register your CPR number at this address.
