A room is available for rent in a 95-square-meter, three-room apartment located near Jægersborg Station in Gentofte, just 2 kilometers from DTU Lyngby. I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment.

The room is ready for move-in as soon as possible. The total monthly rent is 5,000 DKK, which includes all utilities such as Wi-Fi, TV, electricity, heating, and water. A deposit of 10,000 DKK is required.

The apartment features a spacious, bright, and newly renovated room measuring approximately 14 square meters, complete with a French balcony. Its location is highly convenient: only 150 meters from Jægersborg Station, served by the A and E train lines offering direct connections to Nørreport in 16 minutes. DTU is located within 2,500 meters, and Netto supermarket is just 500 meters away. The apartment boasts a large, modern kitchen and bathroom, as well as storage in a locked basement room and bicycle parking in the cellar. Additional amenities include both a washing machine and dishwasher inside the apartment, plus an outdoor balcony.

A bit about me: I am 27 years old, enjoy cooking, sports, socializing, and relaxing. I am currently in my sixth semester studying Software Technology at DTU and work part-time at a software company as well as a restaurant.
