Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous renovation work. This process included the installation of new windows, improved insulation, and a refurbished entrance area in the stairwell. Additionally, a new bathroom was added during the renovation, provided it had not been replaced prior to that. The flooring throughout the apartment has also been updated. Residents are permitted to keep one registered indoor cat.
