Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous renovation efforts. These improvements included the installation of new windows, added insulation, and an updated entrance area within the stairwell. During this renovation process, a new bathroom was also fitted, provided it had not been replaced earlier. Additionally, the apartment features recently installed flooring throughout. Residents are permitted to keep one registered indoor cat.
