Two rooms available!

Amager Strandvej.

Two rooms are currently open for rent on Amager Strandvej due to changes among my current roommates: one has purchased a house, and the other is relocating to live with her best friend. Consequently, I am seeking two new flatmates, hopefully as fantastic as the previous ones.

The first room becomes available starting July 1st, while the second will be ready from August 1st.

Regarding the apartment, it is a recently constructed, Swan-labeled building situated at Amager Strandvej 22, occupying the first floor and offering views over Øresund. The total living area measures 107 square meters and features a spacious combined living room, kitchen, and dining space. Additional amenities include a balcony, a dishwasher installed in the kitchen, and a washer-dryer unit within the bathroom.

The first room measures approximately 9 square meters, is unfurnished, and includes a built-in closet. The second room ranges from about 10 to 11 square meters, is also unfurnished, and contains four built-in wardrobes.

Rent for Room 1 is set at 5,200 DKK per month, including internet and a provisional allowance for water and heating. A deposit equivalent to three months' rent, amounting to 15,600 DKK, is required. Rent for Room 2 is 6,300 DKK monthly, likewise covering internet and estimated water and heating fees, with a deposit of 18,900 DKK, also representing three months' rent.

As the primary leaseholder, I am subletting these rooms. While I cannot alter the overall lease terms, I have allocated the rent to ensure I pay the largest portion, and the smaller room comes with a correspondingly lower rent.

A bit about me: my name is Marie, I am 33 years old and work professionally as an art director and motion designer, with a strong passion for all things creative. In my free time, I enjoy playing music whenever possible, as well as painting and drawing regularly. I am searching for roommates approximately within the 26 to 37-year age range.

There is no obligation to have regular communal meals, but I find it pleasant to gather occasionally for dinners and catch up on each other's lives, while still maintaining personal space at home. Additionally, we share responsibility for keeping the apartment clean, turning the chore into a collective, albeit amusing, activity.
