A room will become available starting July 1st as Judith, one of the current roommates, is soon moving out. This accommodation, located at Østre Allé 81 in Aalborg (postal code 9000), offers a comfortably sized space identified as room 4, which can be rented either furnished or unfurnished according to preference. The monthly rent is set at 2,725 DKK, with an initial deposit requirement of 8,175 DKK, equivalent to three months' rent. Shared monthly expenses for internet and household necessities are approximately 150 DKK.

The apartment occupies the entire second floor, measuring 140 square meters, and features a bright, spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. There is a large freezer available for additional storage needs. Residents have access to two toilets, one of which includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The property also boasts a charming backyard garden with seating and a designated barbecue area. Convenience is further enhanced by parking options nearby and bicycle storage facilities located in the basement.

Current tenants include four individuals: Nana, a 29-year-old Danish student completing her bachelor's degree in Global Business Systems who enjoys engaging in creative endeavors, playing video games, and participating in social activities; Sara, a 28-year-old Croatian master's student at Aalborg University studying Tourism, who recently relocated to Denmark and is eager to meet new people and explore the surroundings; Thomas, a 30-year-old Danish professional working as a machine programmer near Aalborg, with interests in board and card games, disc golf, music, and cooking, who values social interaction and spending quality time with friends and housemates; and Sarah, also 30 and Danish, employed as a private advisor at a bank, who has a passion for various games, favors musicals and horror films, and enjoys baking as well as socializing.

The ideal candidate for the vacant room would be a male roommate who appreciates being part of a warm, international household, is amicable, respectful, and comfortable balancing social activities with moments of quiet.
