A new residential development is currently underway on Nyhåbsvej in Glesborg, comprising twelve units arranged as six semi-detached houses, all designed on a single level. Each home includes a carport and a storage shed. These properties are conveniently situated in the heart of the town, providing easy access to shops, schools, and kindergartens, as well as beautiful natural surroundings. Additionally, the location offers a short drive to Djursland's top beaches and the local fishing harbor.

At present, four homes remain available: one measuring 115 m², two of 105 m² each, and another of 90 m². The residences are strictly smoke-free. Regarding pets, occupants may keep either one small, calm dog (with a maximum shoulder height of 45 cm) or one cat. The planned move-in date is July 1, 2026.
