Regarding the financial details, the monthly rent stands at 2,004 DKK. Utilities typically amount to approximately 600 DKK per month, with a minor additional cost for laundry. Altogether, the total monthly expense usually sums to about 2,620 DKK, which is roughly equivalent to €350. A deposit of 11,500 DKK is required. The rental contract is open-ended, but tenants must be enrolled students, though staying up to one year beyond completion of studies is possible.

The property is located around a 10-minute bike ride from SDU. Several bus routes can be reached within five minutes on foot, including a direct connection to Odense city center.
