Campus Køge offers a collection of youth residences that were completed in the spring of 2020, managed by the housing association Udlejer Køge. The complex comprises a total of 72 apartments, split into 32 two-room units and 40 one-room units, with four of the one-room apartments designed as accessible housing. The size of these homes ranges from 37 to 50 square meters.

The two-room apartments are designed with flexibility in mind. Residents can enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area filled with natural light, or choose to install an additional wall to create a smaller kitchen with a dining space and two distinct rooms. These apartments feature French balconies and windows with seating niches. The one-room apartments also include French balconies.

The building's height varies between two and four floors, adorned with climbing plants that grow along the façade. On the ground floor, there is a communal house equipped with laundry facilities. This common area connects directly to the rest of the campus and opens onto a large outdoor space with shared amenities. Additionally, the main pedestrian and bicycle path linking the campus with Køge city passes through the building near the communal house.

To shield residents from the nearby motorway and railway, metal mesh panels are installed along the access corridors serving as walkways to the apartments. These panels are designed with varying opening sizes to break the monotony of the façade while accommodating the continuous path that runs through the area.

In terms of eligibility, an agreement between the municipality and Udlejer Køge prioritizes young people who are currently studying within Køge Municipality for these youth homes.
