We are currently seeking a tenant to take over a room in an apartment shared with friendly flatmates.

The rental cost is approximately 7000 Danish kroner per month and includes everything except electricity. The initial financial requirements consist of a deposit and prepaid rent amounting to three months' rent each, which may be paid in installments if necessary. The room will be available from July 1st. Situated in Indre By, the apartment is conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walking distance of both Kongen Nytorv and Gammel Strand metro stations.

The room measures 19 square meters and comes furnished, with the furniture ideally being purchased by the new tenant; however, this is open for discussion. The apartment features a total of three bedrooms, and residents share amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Basic shared household supplies, including toilet paper and dish soap, are collectively paid for. There is access to an inner courtyard where bicycles can be securely parked, though no parking for cars is available. The central location offers easy access to numerous bakeries, supermarkets, and shops, and the airport can be reached directly by metro in about 25 minutes.

The household consists of three international expats who have lived in Copenhagen between four and six years. While sociable, they tend to keep mostly to their routines, occasionally gathering to watch TV or prepare meals together. They are considerate of shared areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Marek and Luis, a couple, live here; Luis, age 25, enjoys dancing and has a detailed skincare regimen, while Marek, aged 33, is passionate about films, video games, and caring for indoor plants. The third flatmate, Nat, is 29 and balances a fondness for wine with Pilates workouts.

The ideal new flatmate would be tidy, friendly, and well-organized, ideally someone employed full-time whose lifestyle aligns with the existing flatmates. Preference is given to applicants interested in renting for a minimum of one year.
