The development comprises 47 smoke-free, low-energy residences situated close to natural surroundings within the Nature District of Ringkøbing. The first phase at Fjordudsigten includes 80 homes in total.

Regrettably, the new construction at Fjordudsigten has not met the expected standards for sound insulation between units. Impact noise from the apartment above is not adequately suppressed.

In collaboration with consultants and the contractor, efforts are underway to identify how to achieve sufficient noise reduction.

Whether the solution requires work on the floor or ceiling, it will likely necessitate temporarily relocating residents from each apartment for a few days.

You will receive ample notice well before any relocation takes place, and we will discuss with you the arrangements for this process.
