A room located on the outskirts of Smørum (Ledøje) is available for rent.

The room is situated on the ground floor, while I reside upstairs. You will have equal access to the kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and garden areas. A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the door, and there is parking space available in the driveway.

I own a dog who can be quite challenging, so living here requires someone who is very experienced with dogs.

Having rented out rooms several times before, I have learned that successful cohabitation depends on developing a friendly relationship, not merely viewing this as a place to stay.

You will have plenty of opportunities to get to know me better, but for now, here are some essential criteria for prospective tenants:

You should have a genuine love for dogs, maintain a typical lifestyle involving work or study, and generally refrain from partying during weekdays or every Friday and Saturday. A preference for peace and quiet is important, as that is why I chose to live in a rural area. Vegans will be given priority when selecting tenants. Danish should be your first language, and your age ideally falls between 25 and 40 years old, with some flexibility.
