A room is available for rent on the outskirts of Smørum (Ledøje). The room is located on the ground floor, while I reside on the first floor. You will have equal access to the kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and garden. A bus stop is conveniently situated right outside, and there is parking space available in the driveway.

I own a dog who is quite difficult, so living here requires someone who is very experienced with dogs. Having rented out this room several times before, I have learned that living together works best when roommates become close friends, rather than merely seeing the space as a place to stay.

You will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions about me. In the meantime, here are some important conditions for potential tenants: you must love dogs; maintain a normal routine involving work or school; avoid partying regularly on weekdays or every weekend; appreciate peace and quiet-one of the reasons I chose a rural location; vegan applicants are given priority; Danish should be your first language; and you should be roughly between 25 and 35 years old.
