It is important to note that holding a waiting list number necessitates an annual fee.The building itself is a five-story structure housing a total of 25 two-room apartments. Each unit includes a bedroom, a kitchen-living area, and a bathroom. Shared spaces intended for the senior community are located on the ground floor in the building's northern section, as well as on the sixth floor, which provides panoramic city views. Laundry facilities are conveniently accessible on the ground floor as well. Apartments on the ground floor benefit from direct access to terraces at ground level, while upper-floor homes offer private balconies whose sizes vary.
