Located in Bispebjerg, Fyrtårnet offers a senior co-housing community designed for residents aged 50 and above without children living at home. The complex, featuring five floors, accommodates 25 two-room apartments, each comprising a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a bathroom. Ground-floor units have direct access to terraces at ground level, while apartments situated on the upper floors come with private balconies of varying sizes. The interior flooring consists of lacquered wooden parquet, with underfloor heating installed in the bathrooms. Every unit includes a storage room in the basement, where bicycle parking is also available, along with paid parking spaces for cars.

Communal facilities for this senior housing community are positioned on the ground floor in the building's northern section and on the sixth floor, which provides panoramic city views. A laundry room is also conveniently located on the ground floor. The entire development consists of 25 senior residences combined with 45 youth apartments, with the senior dwellings located in the northern part and the youth accommodations to the south.

Applicants aiming to join this housing must complete an application form found under the documents section and submit it to kundeservice@udlejer to be added to the waiting list. Each applicant will receive a unique waiting list number, which cannot be combined with requests for other housing options. Note that maintaining a spot on the waiting list requires payment of an annual fee.

The community places significant emphasis on fostering a vibrant social environment. To encourage a balanced age representation, residents both under and over 65 will be included, ensuring an active and sustainable community life. Participants are expected to engage proactively, attending monthly house meetings, open house events, occasional communal meals, and sharing responsibilities related to practical and organizational tasks, all distributed according to mutual agreement. Core values embraced by the residents include mutual respect, openness, and tolerance.

Priority for the initial leasing phase is given to members of the Senior Co-housing Community Midgård.
