Dora and I are seeking a third roommate to join us in sharing our bright and roomy four-room apartment spanning 103 square meters. Situated in an excellent location, it takes only about two minutes on foot to reach the Enghave Brygge metro station (M4). Fisketorvet shopping center, Dybbelsbro, and Sydhavn S-train station are within a convenient five-minute bike ride, while the city center is accessible within a 10 to 15-minute cycling journey. Additionally, the waterfront with its swimming and sunbathing pier is located just outside our entrance.

The shared living space features a cozy seating area with a sofa and TV, a modern, fully equipped kitchen that includes appliances such as an air fryer and sandwich maker, a protected balcony shielded from wind and rain, and a contemporary bathroom complete with a washer and dryer. Registration with the CPR system is available. The room available to rent is the second largest in the apartment, as shown on the floor plan. It comes furnished with a 160 cm bed, a table, a built-in wardrobe, and the items you see displayed in the photos.

A bit about us: Dora, originally from Croatia, has been in Denmark for just over four years and recently earned a Food Science degree from KU, a subject she is passionate about. Expect the occasional aromas of garlic, imported olive oil, and freshly baked cakes. Her interests include fitness, yoga, dancing, social gatherings, and outdoor activities when the weather permits. I'm Andy, from Germany, and have lived in Copenhagen for slightly more than five years. I'm tidy and sociable, once I've had my morning coffee. My hobbies are fitness, nature, beach visits, socializing with friends old and new, gaming, and exploring history and science topics-beware of random "fun" facts I might share!

We have been a couple for two years and have spent nearly a year living with other roommates. Since our previous roommate is moving out to his own place, the large bedroom has become available. Our intent isn't driven solely by financial necessity, despite Copenhagen's high costs, but also by our desire to maintain a welcoming and social household. Ideally, we're looking for someone who has prior shared living experience and is interested in a flatshare that goes beyond merely renting a room-someone open to occasionally joining us for activities or cooking. Naturally, we respect privacy and appreciate quiet time behind closed doors.

Both short-term and long-term rental arrangements are possible; just let us know your preferences. The monthly rent is 7,500 DKK, which covers water and heating, while electricity costs are split among the three of us and typically amount to less than 200 DKK per month. The third room serves as an office but is occasionally used as a comfortable guest bedroom. When contacting us, please include a brief introduction about yourself. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
