Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous renovation work. This process included installing new windows, adding insulation, and updating the entrance area of the stairwell. If the bathroom had not previously been replaced, a new one was installed during this refurbishment. Additionally, the apartment features a more recently updated kitchen and newly laid flooring. Residents are permitted to keep one registered indoor cat.
