An 18-square-meter room is available for rent within our shared residence located in Assedrup, a small village situated about 35 minutes from Aarhus by light rail.

The rent is 2900 DKK per month, and the room is offered for a fixed period from May 1st until October 1st.

The property, known as Gammel Gård, comprises an old farmhouse along with former stables, a garage, and a spacious, lush garden. Inside, there is a large living room, a roomy kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room, and several communal areas that naturally foster both social interaction and privacy. The garden plays a central role in our daily life, providing various spots to relax while enjoying ample outdoor space.

Your future housemates include Arnar, Miriam, Kamilla, and Clara, as well as three cats named Kavi, Miso, and Niffi.

Our household members work in diverse creative and professional fields, such as 3D design, art, programming, medicine, and music. We strive to maintain a calm, respectful, and conscious living environment.

While we enjoy spending time together occasionally, we prioritize privacy, mutual respect, and consideration within the collective.

This place might be a good fit if you appreciate gardening and unhurried summer days, shared dinners that can range from large gatherings to smaller, cozy occasions, evenings spent around a fire outside, and a peaceful, spacious atmosphere. The home is characterized by warmth, respect, and ample opportunity for rest and recharging.

Prospective tenants should be comfortable living with cats, refrain from using hard drugs, and should not smoke indoors.
