This furnished room spans 12 square meters and features high ceilings along with a private toilet located just outside the room. It overlooks a quiet, spacious courtyard, regarded as one of the best in Copenhagen, offering pleasant views of lush green trees. The apartment itself is situated in one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods, close to Elmegade and Sankt Hans Torv.

The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, and a small writing table, with the option to adjust the furnishings according to your needs. It is positioned quite privately within a 146 square meter apartment. Shared facilities include access to the bathroom, kitchen, and a laundry cellar. The apartment is currently home to me and my two daughters, aged 10 and 12, as well as occasionally a cocker spaniel that we share with my father-the dog is only present from time to time. We are a family with creative interests, passionate about theater, music, and art, leading busy lives filled with various activities. On evenings when I work late, the girls are cared for by their father here at the apartment.

We would warmly welcome a commuter, and in such a case, there might be room for a rent reduction. However, other calm and respectful tenants are equally welcome. Our priority is to find the right person who wants to live harmoniously with us and occasionally with our dog.
