Campus Køge offers a selection of 72 publicly supported student apartments completed in spring 2020, managed by the housing association Udlejer Køge. The residences include 32 two-room units and 40 one-room apartments, with four of the latter designed to meet accessibility standards. Apartment sizes range from 37 to 50 square meters. The building itself varies between two and four floors, featuring greenery that climbs the exterior facade.

The two-room apartments are designed with flexible layouts, allowing residents to enjoy either a spacious, well-lit kitchen-living area or to install an additional partition wall, thereby creating a smaller kitchen with dining space alongside two distinct rooms. These units are equipped with French balconies and a window nook suitable for seating. One-room apartments also come with French balconies.

On the ground floor, residents have access to a communal house that includes laundry facilities. This common area connects directly to the broader campus zone and a large outdoor space featuring shared amenities. The main pedestrian and bicycle pathway linking the campus and Køge city center runs through the building near the communal house.

To shield the apartments from noise and visual impact caused by the nearby motorway and railway tracks, perforated sheet metal screens are installed along the access balconies serving as walkways to the apartments. These screens incorporate varying sizes of openings to break up the otherwise uniform facade while accommodating the continuous pedestrian and cycling route.

Regarding location advantages, the municipality and Udlejer Køge have established an agreement granting priority access to these student residences to young people enrolled in education programs within Køge Municipality.
