I am looking for someone to share the rent with me while I focus on my studies. Currently, I am on a gap year and working in machine learning at a startup, aiming to save money in order to reduce my workload during my academic period.

The apartment consists of two rooms, totaling approximately 70 square meters, and I am renting out the smaller one. There is a compact shared kitchen equipped with a small dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine for convenience.

The room available already contains a bed, and additional furniture can be provided if desired. I have not yet posted a photo of the room since it is currently cluttered and needs to be cleared out first.
