Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous renovation. These improvements included the installation of new windows, added insulation, and a redesigned entrance area in the stairwell. During this process, a new bathroom was also installed if the previous one had not been updated already. Additionally, the apartment features newly laid flooring throughout. Tenants are permitted to have one registered indoor cat.
