We are looking for tenants for almost the entire period from July 2026 to June 2027, as we will be travelling abroad during that time.

Let’s start with the location of the house.
The house is situated on a quiet, family-friendly street, only 50 meters from a Rema 1000 supermarket and a 10-minute walk from Rødovre Centrum. It is a very safe neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors and children of all ages.

In the front garden there is space to park two cars in a row, a large in-ground Berg trampoline, and a cozy green sitting area with apple and fig trees. There is also bicycle parking, both covered and uncovered.

On one side of the house there is plenty of storage space in sheds, and on the other side a long raised garden bed. In the backyard you will find swings, a sandbox, a playhouse, and a large new 15 m² orangery. In one corner of the garden there is a fire pit for cozy evenings. The backyard also has a furnished terrace with direct access from the newly renovated kitchen.

At the front entrance of the house there is a very large, partially covered terrace. There is both a grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the summer. The covered terrace also means the front door is well protected from the weather, and you can for example leave wet rubber boots outside, sheltered from the rain.

Now to the house itself. The house has three floors. The new first floor consists of a landing with a sofa and TV, three bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a big bathtub.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious, newly painted entrance hall with plenty of storage space in shelving units and under the small staircase that leads to the house’s fourth bedroom and the staircase to the first floor. In the stairway there is built-in storage under the stairs.

The ground floor also contains another bathroom and a large open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, an XL dishwasher, and direct access to the backyard. Next to the kitchen is a large dining area with a beautiful new solid wood table and storage cabinets, followed by a large bright living room with a newer chaise lounge sofa and access to the front garden.

In the basement there is also good storage space as well as a laundry room. Since the basement is well ventilated and warm, it is perfectly suitable for drying clothes.
