We are looking for tenants for the period from July 2026 to June 2027, as we will be traveling abroad.

Let’s start with the location of the house:
The house is situated on a quiet, child-friendly street, just 50 meters from local supermarket and a 10-minute walk from Rødovre Centrum Mall. It is a very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and children of all ages.

In the front garden, there is space to park two cars in tandem, a large in-ground trampoline, and a cozy green area with apple and fig trees. There is bicycle parking available, both covered and uncovered.

On one side of the house, you’ll find plenty of storage space in sheds, and on the other side, a long raised garden bed. The backyard features swings, a sandbox, a playhouse, and a large new 15 m² orangery. In one corner of the garden, there is a fire pit for cozy evenings. The backyard also includes a furnished terrace with direct access from the newly renovated kitchen.

At the main entrance of the house, there is a very large, partially covered terrace with outdoor furniture—perfect for enjoying summer. The covered area also protects the entrance, making it ideal for storing wet boots and similar items sheltered from the rain.

Now to the house itself:
The house has three floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, newly painted entrance hall with plenty of storage space, including shelving and storage under a small staircase that leads to a room and the staircase to the first floor. There is also built-in storage under the stairs.

The first floor consists of a landing with a sofa and TV, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a big bathtub. A third bedroom will be used by us for storage.

On the ground floor, there is also another bathroom and a large open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, an extra-large dishwasher, and direct access to the backyard. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with a beautiful new solid wood table and storage cabinets, followed by a large, bright living room with a newer chaise longue sofa and access to the front garden.

In the basement, you will also find ample storage space and a laundry room. As the basement is well-ventilated and warm, it is suitable for drying clothes.
