The terraced houses located on Nørremarksvej are situated in the northern area of Varde. Each unit benefits from having a garden; however, a few apartments are equipped only with terraces. These homes were first occupied at various times: in 1992, 1993, 1998, and again between August 15 and November 1, 2011. The properties consist of both single-story and two-story arrangements. Laundry facilities are available within the housing complex.

In another area, the apartments and terraced houses are found on Grøntoften in Tinghøj, approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Varde. The terraced houses here are single-level homes at ground level, with every unit including a garden. These apartments were first taken into use on August 1, 1998.

Additionally, there are youth housing units positioned at Nørremarksvej numbers 92 to 122, also in the northern section of Varde. These rooms are all situated on the ground floor and share communal laundry facilities. They are rented exclusively to young people pursuing education and became available starting in 1994.
