Ringparken is situated in the western part of the city, offering convenient access to the city's ring roads and lying close to shopping facilities as well as the center of Skive.

The housing complex comprises 10 residential blocks, each with three floors, originally built in the 1940s. Over the years, they have undergone continuous renovations, the most recent being in 2006 and 2007 when new kitchens and bathrooms were installed. Every apartment features a large open balcony, while units located in Ringparken 5 through 10 also benefit from an enclosed balcony. In the basement, residents have access to drying rooms, bicycle storage, and their own individual storage rooms.

The green spaces around the buildings include recreational areas and a playground for children.

All apartments are equipped with door phone systems and connections for both washing machines and dryers, complemented by a shared laundry facility. Each home is connected to fiber broadband, with residents able to arrange TV, internet, and other services directly through various providers.
