Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent a series of continuous renovations. A new bathroom was fitted during the renovation phase, provided it had not been replaced previously. Additionally, the unit features an updated kitchen along with recently installed flooring. Residents are allowed to keep one registered indoor cat.
